Surrealist Doodle

Surrealist Doodle
This was used as the cover of Karawane in 2006 and I have included it in on a number of bags and postcards over the years. Someone on the subway asked me if it was a Miro. I was very flattered!

O M G

A poem I've been working on. I may also do LOL and other IM/Internet abbreviations. It's a work in progress. Feel free to steal the idea (but of course, not the words). I'm sure others have done this too. It's fun, but restrictive.

O M G

Only my grandmother overlooks
my grave. Oyster mollusk
gumbo oils molten gears.

Obvious malarkey grows outside many groves. Ornate morgues, gardens of mischievous gladiolas offend Madame grossly.

Open my golden octopus my great Odysseus.

One of the more cryptic ones I came across (on a web discussion board recently) was IANAL.

(pause)

Stands for "I am not a lawyer." (Used as a disclaimer by a non-lawyer offering their understanding of some legal term.)
